Hello!

My name is Inez and I am your local Community Health Worker.

My passion is finding the right resources to fit your needs.

After enduring 5 heart attacks and a quadruple bypass, I understand the importance of finding resources, choosing the right doctors and having the right health plan.​

We find it hard to look for help because we are misinformed or just don't know who to ask. I became a Certified Community Health Worker to help those in need.

I look forward to serving you!

-I have a trusted relationship with the people I serve.
-I help complete applications for health plans, social security, insurance, health services, immigration forms and more!
-I interpret and translate between health care service providers and patients as well as USCIS and applicants.
-I help you learn how to find and access resources like quality care, health information, health insurance, life insurance, Citizenship, immigration, housing, food, and more!
